KIMS offers MBBS course at the undergraduate level. Admission is purely on merit on the basis of KIITEE, an all India entrance test conducted by KIIT University.

Academic Programme Committee
There is an Academic Programme Committee with the Principal of KIMS as its Chairman. This Committee coordinates the administration of the academic programme and optimum utilisation of resources. The Committee meets as and when required, but at least once during every six months. The Chairman of the Committee convenes the meeting.
